Returns

Minibeebi offers a 14-day return period. Below you will find the return conditions, deadlines and instructions for submitting a withdrawal notice. Please make sure that the returned product is complete and in the required condition. Please also read Minibeebi’s terms and conditions. Independent information about consumer rights is available on the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority website. If you have questions, contact customer support before sending your goods so we can process your return promptly.

       RETURNING GOODS

  1. Individual consumers have a 14-day right of return for goods purchased from the online store.
  2. The returned product must be complete.
  3. To exercise the right of return, the customer must send a withdrawal notice to elery.klienditugi@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  4. The customer may submit an unambiguous withdrawal notice by email in their own words or use the standard form available at https://www.riigiteataja.ee/aktilisa/1030/1201/4001/JM_m41_lisa1.pdf
  5. After submitting the withdrawal notice, the customer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days.
  6. On receipt of the withdrawal notice, the seller will refund all payments received under the contract, including the delivery costs paid by the consumer, without delay and no later than 14 days.
  7. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods.

    SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS

    1. If the goods do not conform to the contract, the customer may use the remedies provided by law, including requesting repair or replacement, or withdrawing from the sales contract and returning the non-conforming goods.
    2. The online store is responsible for non-conformity or defects in the goods that become apparent within two years of delivery to the customer.
    3. If a defect becomes apparent, the customer may contact the seller no later than two months after discovering it, providing the invoice used to pay for the goods.
    4. If goods purchased from the online store have a defect for which the store is responsible, the seller will repair or replace them. If repair or replacement is not possible, the online store will refund all payments associated with the sales contract.
    5. All complaints will be reviewed and the customer contacted within 14 days of receipt.
    6. Reminder to consumers: Section 54(1)(18) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act requires traders to provide a pre-contractual reminder that consumers may rely on statutory remedies if the goods do not conform to the contract. Under Section 101, where an obligation has been breached, the creditor may demand performance, withhold their own performance, claim damages, withdraw from or terminate the contract, reduce the price, or claim late-payment interest for a delayed monetary obligation (Section 101(1)(1–6)).
